Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what information TianJi Health collects, how it is used, who processes it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you use the Service, we may process: (1) birth date and optional location you enter for wellness calculations; (2) anonymous session identifiers for daily quota tracking; (3) locale preference; (4) basic product analytics (page views, tool usage) when enabled; (5) account identifiers (such as email) if you register. We do not ask for clinical health records or insurance data to use educational tools.
How we use information
Inputs such as birth date and location are used to generate educational wellness cards and reports. Anonymous session data is used for quota enforcement and abuse prevention. Account data is used for authentication, higher quotas, and saved work you choose to keep. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session continuity, security, and locale persistence. When analytics or advertising is enabled, additional cookies may be set only according to your consent and regional rules. Details live in the Cookie Policy.
Advertising
When advertising is enabled, partners such as Google AdSense may use cookies to serve or measure ads. Visitors in regions that require consent see a banner before non-essential advertising cookies are set. You can manage preferences via the banner or browser settings.
Third-party processors
Authentication, AI processing, email, and payment (when enabled) are handled by gateway or infrastructure providers under their own privacy terms. TianJi Health uses them to operate the Service, not to sell your data for unrelated marketing.
Data retention
Unsaved anonymous reports expire after 7 days. Saved reports and account preferences persist until you delete them or request deletion. Backup copies may lag briefly behind live deletions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of non-essential cookies and personalized ads where offered. EU/EEA and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Use the Contact page to exercise rights.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us for deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
